The Team Leader / Site Lead is responsible for coordinating theday-to-day activities of a cleaning team while ensuring all scheduled services are completedsafely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This role involves supervising cleaners on-site, allocating dailytasks, monitoring productivity, conducting quality checks, and acting as the first point ofcontact for both team members and clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Cleaning Team Leader / Site Lead, yourresponsibilities may include:

- Lead and supervise commercialcleaning teams across assigned client sites.
- Allocate daily cleaning dutiesand monitor task completion.
- Perform commercial cleaning alongsideteam members when required.
