Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. The Wantirna South Campus is seeking a part-time Primary Daily Organiser (FTE 0.6 – 4.5 hours per day over 5 days) to work in the Primary School of the Wantirna South Campus. The Primary Daily Organiser is responsible for the coordination, management and implementation of short-term cover absences. We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised person who is a great communicator, to join our team. Once established, this role could predominantly be completed from home.
The successful applicant must:
- Be able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
- Be willing to get involved in all aspects of the College’s programs and opportunities
- Have high level communication and interpersonal skills
- Be highly motivated
- Have strong administrative,
organisational, and Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ideally (but not essential) have experience in schools, recruitment or agency work
