You will lead a Canberra-based team of Development and Project Managers, oversee budgets, risk, and stakeholder governance, and travel interstate as required, with a Brisbane or Sydney base.

The role demands 10+ years in development or construction management, proven leadership, and robust early-stage and delivery experience across multi-site
