- Design, build and ship products and integrations on Springboard and Agent360 platforms
- Deliver production-grade solutions end-to-end, from architecture through to deployment
- Work within AI-assisted agentic development workflows with human oversight at every stage
- Contribute to platform tooling, developer experience and internal accelerators
- Take ownership of outcomes — not just tickets
What we're looking for
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns
- Robust proficiency in at least one of our core stacks (React, Node.js, TypeScript, .NET)
- Hands-on cloud and DevOps experience with AWS or Azure (ideally both), including infrastructure-as-code
- Familiarity with or genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development workflows and agentic tooling
- A builder's mindset — comfortable operating in a fast-moving technology space
