We're looking for someone in Australia to help us find and win work. Ideally that's someone who already has the trust of business owners, not someone starting cold outreach from scratch.

About Us

We implement AI within Australian businesses. The AI does one repetitive job, such as sending order updates or drafting referral letters, inside the tools the business already uses. Anything it isn't sure of goes to a person on their team. Behind it: nearly 20 years of IT experience through 7Hills Computers.

The work

- Opening doors to owners, GMs and ops leaders who take your call
- Asking where their people lose time to repeat work, and flagging the real fits
- Qualifying the need and arranging a scoping call with us
- Joining sales conversations and helping move proposals forward
- Staying in the relationship while we set up and run the work

You don't need to be technical. We handle scoping, setup, delivery and invoicing. We need someone who can recognise a genuine business problem, ask good questions and follow through.

This may suit you if you are

- A business developer or account manager with professional-services relationships
- A consultant, coach,



advisor, recruiter or fractional exec with a real book of contacts
- An independent salesperson who sells by understanding the problem
- Experienced in selling technology, training, recruitment or business services

Industry doesn't matter.

What we're looking for

- Evidence that you've sourced or helped close business
- Confidence speaking with owners, executives and team leaders
- Transparent writing and reliable follow-up
- A consultative approach rather than scripted pitching
- Good judgement about when AI is, and isn't, the right answer

How it works

- Flexible hours and location
- Full-time or a few introductions a month both work
- Terms are open - commission, referral fee, retainer or a mix. We'll talk them through on a call and confirm them in writing before any work starts.
- If it produces steady work and the fit is good, there's scope for it to grow into an ongoing paid role
