Are you an experienced SDR ready to move beyond rigid scripts and high-volume activity?
Secure Agility is creating a dedicated Sales Development Representative role for someone who wants the opportunity to build, test and shape our outbound approach.
Job Summary The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, outbound calls, emails, and social outreach. This role involves managing inbound inquiries, nurturing prospects, and booking discovery meetings for the sales team.
The Sales Development Representative will maintain accurate records in the CRM, collaborate with account managers and marketing, and support lead generation campaigns.
Day-to-day activities include prospecting in target industries, understanding client needs, articulating Secure Agility’s value proposition, and contributing to pipeline growth.
What you'll do
- Research and prioritise target accounts and buyer personas
- Design and run multi-touch email, phone and LinkedIn cadences
- Write outreach that offers insight and relevance, and reflects our brand well
- Qualify prospects and hand booked meetings to Account Executives
- Track your results in HubSpot, report on what's working and adjust
- Spend a few days early on with our vendor partner's SDR team to accelerate your ramp
Qualifications
- 1.5–3+ years in an SDR/BDR or equivalent outbound role, B2B
- Organised, data-literate and comfortable being measured
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers.
- Demonstrated Sales and Business Development abilities to support pipeline creation and revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in B2B technology, IT services, or cybersecurity sales is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using CRM tools specifically HubSpot, and sales engagement platforms to manage and track opportunities.
- Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks.
- Relevant education or training in business, sales, or technology is an advantage but not mandatory.
