Role Description The Sales Operations Coordinator is a contract, onsite role based in Melbourne. This role oversees sales processes across cafe operations, catering, events, and social impact product lines, ensuring accurate delivery management, timely follow-up, and smooth coordination of sales and operations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer records, preparing quotes and proposals, tracking sales data, and supporting reporting on sales performance and pipeline.

The coordinator will respond to customer inquiries,



liaise with corporate partners and community clients, and align sales activities with operational capacity and social impact goals. The role also supports continuous improvement of sales workflows, documentation, and tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Solid interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and active listening.
- Customer service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive client experience.
- Sales and sales operations skills, including pipeline management, order processing, and basic reporting.
- Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, and solid skills in spreadsheets and office software.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or administrative environments is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to social impact, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
