Position Summary:

- Drive hotel revenue through proactive sales, business development, account management and marketing initiatives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, healthcare, leisure, group and catering segments.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximise revenue and repeat business.
- Sell accommodation, meetings, conferences and events in collaboration with hotel operations teams.
- Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, and coordinate event requirements to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, networking events and client presentations to generate new business.
- Create and manage social media content, digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities in line with Marriott brand standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador, building strong customer relationships and driving guest loyalty.

About You:

- Experience in hotel sales, groups & catering, business development, marketing or a similar role.
- Proven ability to build client relationships, generate business and manage accounts.
- Experience with social media, content creation and digital marketing campaigns, including META platforms.
- Strong communication, organisational and presentation skills.




- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify opportunities.
