This is a down to earth operation where people are trusted to own their work, and we are looking for a Scheduler to join the team and take on a broad, hands-on role spanning procurement, quoting and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Preparing Bills of Quantities for single-storey and townhouse projects
- Sending documentation out for supplier and subcontractor quotes
- Reviewing returned quotes and coordinating with the broader team to confirm the right fit
- Raising purchase orders for labour and materials
- Supporting the Accounts team with queries relating to short order invoices and purchase orders




- Reviewing the quality of work completed by external contractors and providing constructive feedback

About You

- Experience in scheduling, procurement or estimating within residential construction
- Confident reviewing quotes and liaising with suppliers and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills
- Comfortable working autonomously in a WFH setup while staying connected to the team
