We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Transformation team and help establish the foundations for our next stage of growth.

The opportunity

This is not a traditional requirements-gathering BA role.

You’ll work across the organisation to understand how work really gets done, uncover inefficiencies and operational risks, and turn complex or inconsistent ways of working into clear, practical and scalable processes.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, you’ll have broad exposure across operational, technology and corporate functions, working directly with stakeholders and business leaders to improve how work is performed today while creating the foundations for future automation, AI and transformation initiatives.

What you’ll do

- Lead process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews across multiple business functions
- Map current and future-state processes, including process maps, swimlanes, SOPs and work instructions
- Analyse complex, cross-functional business problems and identify improvement opportunities
- Identify process gaps, duplication, inefficiencies, operational leakage and risks
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments and process reviews
- Work with stakeholders to establish transparent process ownership and accountability
- Create high-quality process documentation that becomes a trusted source of truth
- Present insights, findings and recommendations to business leaders
- Help establish the process foundations required for automation and AI-enabled initiatives




- Act as a trusted advisor on process standards, governance and documentation practices across the Group

About you

You’re an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, bringing structure to ambiguity and making the way organisations work better.

You’ll bring

- 8+ years’ experience in business analysis, process analysis or operational improvement
- Strong experience independently leading process discovery and documentation initiatives
- Proven ability to develop process maps, swimlane diagrams, SOPs and work instructions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience identifying process gaps, duplication and operational inefficiencies
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working across large, complex or multi-business environments
- The ability to connect processes across teams, systems and operational functions
- A pragmatic, adaptable approach to changing priorities and ambiguity
- Strong written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
