Endgame is a boutique, technology-led consultancy specialising in providing expert mathematical and economic advice. Established in January 2021, we exist to empower our clients with the right information to drive the best outcomes.

Today, our team comprises more than 40+ skilled consultants and software engineers. Our combination of expertise in quantitative consulting and the ability to build custom software solutions allows us to provide short, medium, and long-term strategies for our clients. We are hiring our first dedicated marketer to build the marketing function from the ground up and support growth across the business.

The Role

In this role, you will produce a steady stream of high-quality content across our service offerings, manage our presence at industry conferences and events, and keep our digital presence sharp. You will work closely with our Directors – who own client relationships, pipeline conversion and strategic direction – to translate their market expertise into content, campaigns and events that build our profile and generate qualified leads.





Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Plan and produce a high volume of content across our four business units: articles, case studies, thought leadership, social posts and newsletters.
- Publish and manage content across social media channels (LinkedIn, etc.), including scheduling, posting and monitoring engagement.
- Plan and project-manage our presence at industry conferences, including sponsorships, speaking slots and booth logistics
- Run our own events: roundtables, client breakfasts, webinars and product demos
- Maintain and continuously improve the website (CMS updates, current pages, service-line and product content)
- Basic SEO: on-page optimisation, keyword work, performance monitoring
- Track and report on web performance using Google Analytics or equivalent
- Manage technical contractors for development work beyond CMS-level changes
