About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position based at our City Services facility in Mitchell Park.
The Business Support Officer, Operations provides high-level administrative and business support across the Operations Division, helping to keep services, processes and projects running smoothly. Working closely with operational leaders, field staff, contractors and the community, you’ll coordinate customer requests, reporting, systems and operational activities while contributing to continuous improvement and positive community outcomes.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience providing administrative and business support in a busy environment.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Solid attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, databases and corporate systems.
- A customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local government or operational environments will be highly regarded.
- A Certificate IV in Business Administration, Local Government or a related discipline is desirable.
