BARISTA ALLROUNDER EXPERIENCE • Minimum 1 year recent and relevant Australian cafe experience in a regular part time or full time role • Confident across all aspects of an Australian cafe Barista Allrounder position • Strong coffee making, milk texturing and dial in skills • Comfortable working independently and maintaining quality during busy service • Confident with POS, cash handling, cleaning,



restocking and general cafe operations • Able to move efficiently between coffee, counter service, food preparation and customer service3. ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE HIGHLY REGARDED • Cafe opening and closing duties • Cafe management or supervisory experience • Sandwich and food preparation • Strong organisation, initiative and ability to take responsibility • Social media skills AVAILABILITY | ESSENTIAL You must be available: • Monday & Tuesday: 6:30am to 12:00pm • Wednesday & Thursday: 6:30am to 3:30pm • Saturday: 7:00am to 1:00pm • Sunday: Available to cover Bondi Markets shifts when required You will be rostered approximately 20 to 25 hours per week across the days above, with additional hours available for the right fit. • Full Australian working rights required • Minimum 6 month commitment • Longer term applicants preferred TO APPLY Subject: Cafe Barista Allrounder | [Your Name] Please send your CV and answer the following:4.
