Bayside Health is seeking a HITH/PAC Nurse Level 1 to join the Alfred Health HITH unit, delivering acute home-based care across Melbourne's communities. The role requires recent acute care experience and autonomous community practice, with a fixed-term maternity leave cover and part time schedule (up to 40 hours per fortnight).

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide patient-centred care, and contribute to care beyond hospital settings while upholding core nursing values.
