Bayside Health is seeking a dedicated registered nurse for the Mobile Assessment & Treatment Service (MATS) based at Caulfield Hospital. The role focuses on triage, care coordination, and rapid accessibility to support frail elderly patients and those with complex conditions in the community and residential aged care settings.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of clinical experience and current AHPRA registration, with desirable postgraduate gerontology or palliative care qualifications.
