Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will partner with leaders to build high-performing teams, drive workforce planning, and ensure people practices align with business goals.

You will analyse HR metrics, coach leaders, manage employee relations, and support change initiatives, remuneration reviews, and onboarding across the regional portfolio.
