Digital Canberra is seeking an experienced Voice Technician to join our Unified Communications team in Canberra. You will support and maintain the ACT Government collaboration network across Directorates and sites, troubleshoot faults, and help configure voice, contact centre, video conferencing and digital signage services.

You will work with policy experts and technologists, documenting procedures and updating knowledge bases to ensure reliable government services.
