Where you’ll add value

Working closely with the Brand, Growth and Lifecycle Marketing teams, you'll provide the analysis and recommendations that help identify opportunities, improve campaign effectiveness, and deepen customer understanding. You'll act as the link between Marketing and Data & Analytics, ensuring decisions are supported by robust evidence and meaningful customer intelligence.

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on business outcomes. You'll help improve acquisition performance, strengthen customer engagement, support retention strategies and optimise marketing investment.

Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:

- Partner with marketing leaders to provide insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention outcomes.
- Measure marketing performance and provide recommendations that improve return on investment.
- Support audience development and customer segmentation activities for marketing campaigns.
- Build and validate campaign audiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL.
- Develop attribution reporting and performance frameworks that provide a explicit view of marketing effectiveness.
- Design dashboards and reporting that help stakeholders monitor performance and make informed decisions.
- Work with the Data & Analytics team to improve data quality, automation and reporting capability.
- Champion data-driven decision-making across the Marketing function.
- Ensure marketing data and reporting methodologies are governed appropriately and applied consistently.

What sets you up for success

- Experience in marketing analytics, customer analytics, or a similar insights-focused role.
- Strong capability in analysing customer behaviour and marketing performance.
- Experience measuring campaign effectiveness and translating findings into practical recommendations.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and audience development approaches.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM platforms, or customer data platforms.
- Strong SQL skills. Experience with Power BI will be highly regarded.




- The ability to explain complex analysis in a way that stakeholders can easily understand and act on.
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders and influencing decisions through data and evidence.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing contributes to business performance.
- Experience within banking, financial services, or another regulated industry will be advantageous.
- Degree qualification in Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related discipline desirable.
