About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of your portfolio while building strong, long-term relationships with owners and tenants.
Your role will include
- Managing a property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners and tenants
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing rental arrears
- Negotiating and managing lease renewals
- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Coordinating and managing maintenance
- Managing day-to-day tenancy matters
- Working closely with your team to achieve shared goals
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry requirements
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is experienced, proactive and genuinely passionate about Property Management.
You’ll ideally have
- Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Property Management processes
- A solid understanding of leasing, maintenance, arrears and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Confidence dealing with owners, tenants, trades and challenging situations
- A proactive “get it done” attitude
- The ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Experience with property management software
- A current NSW Real Estate Licence
- A current Driver’s Licence
- A good understanding of NCAT processes
