We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and talented Business Analyst to join our team and work with our key client in a financial industry
Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions.
- Conduct discovery, process mapping, requirements analysis and backlog shaping.
- Define acceptance criteria and translate business requirements into platform solutions.
- Own solution design and provide hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development.
- Coordinate BAU support and project delivery across the three-person pod.
- Establish platform governance, design standards and technical decision controls.
- Design and manage integrations and APIs, including monitoring and issue resolution.
- Develop operational and executive reports and dashboards.
- Lead testing, release readiness, deployment, hypercare and production support.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks and knowledge-transfer plans.
- Mentor the offshore specialists and act as Latitude’s single point of accountability.
- Lead initiatives such as Software Asset Management from discovery through implementation and stabilisation.
Skills:
- Proven senior-level ServiceNow administration and development capability in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation and business-analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ownership across solution design, development, integration, release and support.
- Sound judgement in platform governance, security, controls and upgrade-safe configuration.
- Ability to work independently and communicate technical trade-offs at leadership level.
- Financial-services or regulated-industry experience preferred.
