Operate and maintain small format digital presses.
- Set up, run and monitor print jobs to production schedules.
- Operate finishing equipment safely and accurately.
- Perform quality checks to ensure work meets customer specifications.
- Complete routine machine maintenance and report faults.
- Comply with all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies, procedures and safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and team performance.
Desired Skills And Experience
Essential
- Experience operating digital print equipment.
- Experience using print finishing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
Desirable
- Experience operating Ricoh or similar digital multifunction printer s
- Printing or Graphic Arts qualification.
- Experience with Fiery workflows.
- Forklift licence.
