The Solutions

Architect is responsible for leading all aspects of ShareDo project delivery, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle. This senior role requires deep solution design expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions.

The Solutions Architect owns the solution vision, leads design workshops, maintains architectural documentation, and ensures successful delivery, adoption, and scaling of ShareDo implementations. This role works closely with clients, technical teams, project management, and the ShareDo product vendor to drive best-practice outcomes and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Leadership:

- Serve as the primary client point of contact and trusted advisor throughout project delivery
- Lead client-facing solution design workshops and strategy sessions.
- Communicate solution design, project progress, and business implications to stakeholders at all organizational levels including partners and operational leaders.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with client executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Educate, enable, and support clients throughout the project lifecycle and beyond
- Oversee project handover to client teams, support, and Customer Success Management (CSM).
- Manage client expectations and navigate complex organizational dynamics.

Solution Design & Architecture:

- Lead functional requirements gathering and ShareDo solution scoping.
- Draft and maintain high-level design (HLD), low-level design (LLD), and technical design documentation.
- Create and maintain business process (BPMN) diagrams and data dictionaries for the project duration.
- Design comprehensive ShareDo solutions including work type hierarchies, workflows, integrations, and data models.
- Participate in technical design workshops and guide overall solution architecture direction.
- Communicate solution requirements clearly to technical architects and configurators.
- Work with technical teams to maintain and communicate custom requirements and their downstream impacts.
- Plan and conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to validate design approaches.
- Develop deployment strategies, release plans, and environment management approaches.
- Design integration architecture and data migration strategies in collaboration with technical architects.
- Ensure solution scalability, maintainability, and alignment with ShareDo best practices.





Quality Assurance, Delivery & Governance:

- Maintain test plans, manage feedback cycles, and track change order requirements.
- Communicate change impacts, effort estimates, and solution considerations to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure quality of deliverables and alignment with agreed specifications.
- Liaise with the PMO on budgets, milestones, project progress reviews, and risk management.
- Assist with resource planning and forecasting based on sales pipeline and project demand.
- Support operational activities including revenue forecasting, resource planning, and solution scalability reviews.
- Lead project governance activities and steering committee presentations.
- Manage scope, ensure requirements traceability, and control technical debt.

Collaboration, Vendor Relations & Team Development:

- Work closely with the ShareDo product vendor to drive adoption, CSM engagement, and best-practice solution design.
- Represent Morae in vendor partnership discussions and product roadmap feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales activities, solution scoping, and proposal development.
- Mentor and support internal team members (Solution Consultants and Configurators) to develop delivery capability and architectural excellence.
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to internal practice development.
- Lead by example in client interactions and technical delivery standards.

Hands-on Configuration & Technical Contribution:

- Perform configurator tasks as required, including workflow configuration, form building, integration setup, and complex technical troubleshooting.
- Maintain deep ShareDo product expertise to support delivery teams and project implementation activities.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or senior consulting roles.
- Successful completion of ShareDo Configurator and ShareDo Solution Architect certifications (or commitment to complete within 90 days of hire).
- Hands-on experience configuring the ShareDo platform with deep knowledge of product features and architecture.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale solution implementations (12-36+ months duration).
- Strong business solutioning skills with ability to translate business strategy into technical specifications.
- Highly developed skills in BPMN 2.0, UML, and business architecture notations.




- Exceptional ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
- Persuasive communication style with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience producing comprehensive solution documentation (HLD, LLD, technical specifications).
- Understanding of integration patterns, data migration, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience working in professional services delivery models with exposure to complex client environments.
- Must be located in Australia.
- Ability to travel domestically as required (occasional interstate travel expected).
- Australian citizenship with eligibility for Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Deep knowledge of ShareDo product features and technical architecture, including integration and data migration modeling.
- Experience working in Big Law or Big Tech/Business Consulting firms (e.g., EY, KPMG, Capgemini, Deloitte).
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Enterprise Architect in large, complex environments.
- Prior experience as a solution architect with ShareDo or similar low-code platforms (K2/Nintex, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Pega).
- Understanding of object-oriented principles, system design patterns, and modeling techniques.
- Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent large-scale, complex business solution projects.
- Legal industry experience (law firms, corporate legal departments, or legal technology).
- Experience with legal case management, matter management, or legal workflow platforms (MatterSphere, Aderant, Elite, Thomson Reuters).
- Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
- Experience with vendor relationship management and partnership development.
- Track record of mentoring junior consultants and building high-performing teams.
- Pre-sales and solution scoping experience.
