Role Description The Solicitor is a full-time, on-site role based in Haberfield, NSW, supporting the medical centre with a broad range of legal matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing legal advice on contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with suppliers, partners, and staff. The role involves handling conveyancing and commercial property-related matters, advising on employment-related issues, and supporting family law considerations where relevant to patient or staff matters.





The Solicitor will liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel, maintain accurate legal documentation, and ensure that all activities comply with applicable laws and professional standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, with demonstrated experience practicing as a Solicitor
- Skills in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate matters relevant to healthcare and practice operations
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law for advising on contracts, workplace policies, and staff relations
- Understanding of Family Law to manage relevant legal issues impacting patients or staff, when required
- Current legal practising certificate in NSW and eligibility to work in Australia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly
- Proven attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and sound qualified judgment
- Experience working with or advising healthcare organisations is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple matters simultaneously
