Brand Collective is entering an exciting new chapter as we build our marketplace capability and create a current digital retail channel for our portfolio of brands. Now the deal is done, we can finally share the details: we're launching with The DOM and Glue Store, and we're hiring two Ecommerce Managers to lead trading for them.

Each role owns trading for its own marketplace, from the day-to-day trade to the site experience and performance. You'll have plenty of room to influence how the business develops. These are hands-on roles for people who enjoy building a business, testing ideas and seeing the results.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Own day-to-day trading for your marketplace, driving sales, GMV, margin and conversion
- Manage the trading calendar, promotions and merchandising across your site
- Responsible for the end-to-end enrichment of every product online, inclusive of accurate descriptions, imagery and product tags etc.
- CRO: navigation, search, landing pages, merchandising and promotions
- Use data to keep improving product discovery, conversion and the customer journey
- Partner with the Marketing team on campaigns, EDM and content to support key trading moments
- Own budgets, forecasts and weekly reporting, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with a small, focused ecommerce and creative team, including your counterpart on the other marketplace

ABOUT YOU

- 6+ years across ecommerce or digital trading, ideally fashion, lifestyle or multi-brand retail
- A track record trading ecommerce or digital channels and hitting sales, margin and conversion targets
- Shopify management experience; Comfortable getting hands-on in Shopify, with experience using marketplace management systems a bonus
- A commercially minded trader who's just as happy in the detail of a trade meeting as in a merchandising plan, with experience in using GA4 to inform trade decisions.
- Someone who wants to help build something new, not just run what's already there
