YOUR NEW ROLE

Based in our Canberra office, this diverse and rewarding role will see you working as part of a national, multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality exercise physiology services to clients across personal injury and preventative health schemes.

You will:

- Support clients to restore their physical and mental wellbeing, achieve functional goals, and return to work or life following injury or illness
- Complete comprehensive assessments and deliver personalised, evidence-based exercise programs across a range of settings including gyms, pools,



homes, workplaces, and community environments
- Apply sound clinical reasoning to develop, implement, and monitor client-centred plans, tailored to their unique goals
- Deliver services in line with the Clinical Framework for the Delivery of Health Services, with a solid focus on evidence-based care and client outcomes
- Identify and address physical, psychological, social, and environmental barriers to recovery, providing holistic strategies to support return to function and meaningful engagement in life
- Collaborate with other health professionals, insurers, employers, and support networks to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery
