Ray White St Peters is looking for an ambitious Sales Associate who wants to become a successful real estate agent.

This role gives you the opportunity to learn directly from an experienced lead sales agent while building your own database, developing local relationships and creating a foundation for your future career.

You will receive practical experience, consistent coaching and a genuine opportunity to progress into a solo agent role.

What Your Career Could Look Like

You will begin by supporting an established “Elite” lead sales agent across the day to day sales process.

At the same time, you will be expected to build your own relationships with property owners, identify future opportunities and establish yourself in a suburb that you want to dominate.

The objective is simple: learn the business, build your network and become the agent people think of first in your local area, a passion to dominate a suburb is essential.

Your Day to Day

• Speak with property owners by phone and in person

• Door knock and actively prospect within your chosen suburb

• Build and maintain your own database

• Attend listing appointments, open homes and auctions

• Assist with buyer management, campaigns and negotiations

• Follow up potential vendors and nurture long term relationships

• Identify opportunities to generate market appraisals and listings

• Track your activity and work towards agreed performance targets

• Supporting tasks for the lead agent

You must be prepared to start difficult conversations and consistently create opportunities, even when the work is uncomfortable. If you have the determination to keep going when things get difficult,



consistently build relationships, do the door knocking and apply yourself every day, you will give yourself the opportunity to become highly successful and earn a very high income, if you do the work it is inevitable.

Real estate experience is not essential. Grit is.

A South Australian real estate registration is preferred, or you must be willing to obtain one.
