Woods & Co have partnered with a well regarded signage business in Perth's eastern suburbs, seeking a driven Production & Sales Coordinator to join their team in Midvale.

Our client designs, manufactures and delivers signage - with a close team of four Sales Representatives and a Sales Manager, they pride themselves on professionalism, quality and a positive team culture.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be their eyes, ears and hands. You'll put jobs into production, keep clients informed and handle the administration, freeing the Sales Manager to focus on strategy. This is a coordination role, not a phone sales role, and suits an organised self starter who enjoys keeping things moving.

What's in it for you?

What you'll do:

- Put new jobs into production and enter details into the company's CRM
- Process sales administration and job paperwork
- Email clients to chase information, approvals and updates
- Brief the design team on job requirements
- Liaise with Production and Operations to keep jobs on track
- Manage job documentation in SharePoint
- Support the Sales Manager and sales team day to day

What you need?

- Experience in a coordinator, sales support or administration role




- Signage experience highly regarded; manufacturing or industrial background preferred
- Candidates from other industries with strong coordination skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent written communication and confidence emailing clients
- Highly organised, process driven and able to work with minimal direction
- Practical understanding of how design and production work (no design software needed)
- Ability to communicate confidently with all levels of the business
- Positive mindset and qualified approach
- SharePoint knowledge highly regarded
