- Diesel Motor Mechanic
- Fitter (General)
- Automotive Electrician

We are a Heavy Haulage business located in Maddington with a fleet of approx. 25 trucks and 14 light vehicles. Applicants for each role must have 1+ year of relevant experience, along with a trade qualification.

Diesel Motor Mechanic: The position will require you to manage maintenance records, servicing repairs, diagnostic work, inspections and safety checks etc on the vehicles. We require someone who is honest, reliable, punctual, trustworthy and is a team player, has the ability to follow instructions and communicate information to the onsite manager. You will be capable of multitasking,



organising tasks and can work unsupervised when necessary and pride yourself in producing high-quality work with good interpersonal skills.

You must be able to understand and follow Safety guidelines and have a technical understanding of the vehicles. Additionally, if you hold a Heavy Vehicle Driver's License, this would be an advantage but not essential, must have a WA, C class licence as a minimum. We operate a drug and alcohol-free workplace, so a pre-employment medical and random drug testing will be required.

Fitter (General) Non-Negotiable Skills:

- Knowledge of trailer suspension, brakes and other general repairs
- Hydraulic hose and ram repair
- Hydraulic Cylinder re-sealing
- Brakes & Bearings and Air System
- Knowledge of Greasing System
- Knowledge of Bush and Pin Replacement
- Auto Electrical work on trailers – Lights, ABS, EBS
- Be able to read circuit diagrams
- Follow Safety guidelines

Desirable Skills:

- Spray painting including preparation
- Heavy Vehicle Driver's License

The position will require you to manage maintenance records, servicing repairs, diagnostic work etc on the vehicles. You will be capable of multitasking, organising tasks and can work unsupervised when necessary and pride yourself in producing high quality work with good interpersonal skills. Automotive Electrician: Key responsibilities:





- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Complete electrical repairs and associated work to a high standard.
- Deliver quality workmanship in line with repair requirements and company standards.
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team while confidently managing tasks independently.
- You must be able to understand and follow Workplace procedures, Safety guidelines.
- A technical understanding of Trucks & Trailers is important to the role.
- Additionally, if you hold a Heavy Vehicle Driver's License, this would be an advantage but not essential.

About you:

- Experience working with heavy vehicles, machinery and light vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and troubleshooting skills across electrical systems.
- An automotive air-conditioning licence is preferred, though not essential.
- Maintain service records and complete job cards accurately.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors
- Maintain a safe and clean working workplace in line with OH&S; standards
