Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment across Corporate Overheads and support functions nationally.
- Oversee NSW project resourcing, with direct report responsibilities.
- Partner with our Strategic Programmes business on future workforce requirements.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing and market mapping.
- Assist with coordination of international mobility and capability transfers, working closely with our UK resourcing team to support employee transfers between Laing O'Rourke businesses.
- Support national recruitment across our Select and Rail Operations businesses.
About you
- Bring strong end-to-end recruitment and resourcing experience in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders, influencing hiring decisions and acting as a strategic resourcing partner.
- Manage competing priorities across multiple business functions.
- Experience across professional services/advisory and engineering or construction environments is highly desirable.
