This is a varied, fully office-based role that sits at the heart of our Corporate Services team.
As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll help create a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of our corporate office. Alongside reception responsibilities, you'll play an important role in accounts payable, supplier engagement, procurement support, and general administration.
No two days are quite the same. You may be assisting visitors, processing invoices, managing office services, supporting payment runs, coordinating mail and courier services, or helping maintain important corporate records.
Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide a professional reception service for visitors, customers, contractors and deliveries.
- Manage incoming mail, couriers, internal deliveries and stock movements.
- Support the day-to-day operation of office facilities, meeting spaces, kitchens and amenities.
- Process invoices and ensure procurement and approval requirements have been met.
- Support accounts payable activities, including payment runs, reconciliations, reporting and supplier enquiries.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment issues.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and assist with procurement administration.
- Maintain corporate records, databases, registers and filing systems.
- Support archiving, document management and secure destruction processes.
- Assist with a range of Corporate Services activities, including travel coordination and office administration.
What sets you up for success
- Experience in a corporate reception, administration, customer service, or accounts payable role.
- A professional and approachable manner when dealing with visitors and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Confidence communicating with people at all levels of the organisation.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Sound Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot.
- Experience working in a corporate office environment will be highly regarded
