LIONS@Springwood is the official social club of the Brisbane Lions with our recently renovated gaming room. We're looking for casual Gaming & Sports Bar Attendants to deliver great service to our members and guests. You'll need to be able to build friendly connections with regulars while always serving responsibly.

About The Venue

Our venue includes:

- A newly renovated 200-machine gaming room

- The 5th Quarter Restaurant, with a menu that suits everyone

- The Cage Bar, with plenty of screens for sport fans

- TAB facilities

- An enclosed kids' area for families

What You’ll Be Doing

- Looking after members and guests in the gaming room and sports bar, and getting to know your regulars

- Taking food and drink orders using our pager system

- Bar, barista and register duties

- Handling cash, including coins, notes and pay-out vouchers, accurately and securely

- Keeping the gaming room clean, comfortable and well presented

- Taking responsible service of alcohol and gaming seriously, including recognising when a patron needs support and following RSA and RSG requirements every shift

What We’re Looking For

Gaming is a regulated environment. Accuracy, integrity and good judgement matter just as much as friendly service. To be successful you will be:

- Confident handling cash and follow procedures carefully

- Can stay calm and professional, including in difficult conversations with patrons

- Are reliable,



punctual and well presented

- Are available on weekends, nights and public holidays across a seven-day roster

What You’ll Need

- Hospitality experience, ideally in gaming or bars. If you're newer to the industry, we'll still consider you if you have the right attitude and reliable availability

- RSA and RSG or willingness to obtain prior to starting

- Barista skills are a bonus
