About the Position

We're excited to welcome an experienced part-time Program Manager to lead our Intensive Family Support (IFS) service. In this key leadership role, you'll guide a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping children remain safe and families build the skills, resilience and confidence needed to thrive. You'll be responsible for driving service excellence, strengthening practice capability and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-informed support that creates meaningful outcomes for children and families.

- Level 8 SCHCADS Award.
- Salary range: $135,343 - $140,675 (pro-rata) + Superannuation.
- Part-time [0.8FTE], Government funded opportunity until 30 June 2030 with possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a high-performing team through supervision, coaching and professional development that promotes excellence in practice and client outcomes.
- Drive service quality and practice excellence by overseeing risk management, case review processes and the implementation of evidence-informed practice frameworks.
- Provide operational leadership through budget oversight, program performance monitoring and compliance with contractual, quality and organisational requirements.
- Strengthen community impact by building strategic partnerships, promoting integrated service delivery and identifying opportunities for program growth and innovation.

About You

- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification (allied health, social work, human services) with professional registration (if required) and, a membership in a professional association (desirable).
- At least five (5) years’ experience managing a multidisciplinary team in a similar environment.
- Eligibility to work in Australia (proof of eligibility required), including holding or obtaining required checks (Working with Children Check or professional exemption).
- Current driver’s licence.
