Hunter Pods Pty Ltd, Based in Thornton, is a leader in the manufacture and supply of polystyrene pods used in the Building and Constructions Industry.
An opportunity has become available to join this vibrant, skilled team as a Labourer to help our factory team.
Your Main Duties will include, but limited to:
- Running Machines used to produce Pods
- Stacking the pods
- Using the regrind Machine, to Recycle Scrap Polystyrene
- Cleaning around Factory and Yard
- Forklift Work
- Assisting loading trucks for deliveries
- General warehouse and yard work
The successful applicant will be positive, proactive, able to work as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria:
- Willing to learn new things
- Be able to work in a solo position and work as part of a team
- Forklift Ticket
- Must be able to pass a pre employment medical
Hunter Pods is a fast paced environment with tight schedules; the candidate will be well motivated and possess exceptional time management skills, together with a high level of customer service.
Hours – We have a morning and afternoon shift you will be required to do both shifts.
This position is full time Monday to Friday with a 6 month trial.
