- Development and implementation of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
- Managing NCCD processes and compliance
- Leading or coordinating specialist teams
- Working collaboratively with families and allied professionals
- Use of contemporary frameworks in inclusive, gifted, and EAL education

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Masters of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / PGCE)
- Postgraduate qualifications in Special and Inclusive Education or equivalent
- Postgraduate qualifications in English as an Additional Language, Gifted Education and Educational Leadership are highly regarded
- Current VIT registration
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligibility to gain) including Skilled Migrant visa
