Do you enjoy building relationships, creating meaningful opportunities for young people and making a positive impact in your community?

headspace Narre Warren and Pakenham support young people aged 12-25 and their families to access early intervention support across mental health, physical and sexual health, alcohol and other drugs, and work and study. As part of our Community Engagement team, you'll help young people connect with services, build confidence, have their voices heard, and improve their wellbeing through community-based initiatives and events.

Your role, your impact
In this role, you'll help increase awareness of headspace services, strengthen community connections and create opportunities for young people to actively participate in shaping the services and supports available to them.

You will:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with schools, community groups and local services

- Represent headspace Narre Warren and Pakenham at community events, networking opportunities and stakeholder meetings

- Create and share engaging promotional content and resources aligned with headspace branding

- Use social media and digital platforms to increase awareness, participation and engagement

- Collect and analyse participation feedback and data to support service improvement and reporting

- Identify and engage priority populations and communities who may benefit from headspace services
