About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting their team and delivering great guest experiences. You’ll help oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets while maintaining high standards of service, presentation and efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets
- Leading, supporting and motivating team members during service
- Coordinating shifts, delegating tasks and assisting with staff training
- Delivering friendly, professional customer service and resolving guest concerns
- Taking orders, serving food and beverages, preparing coffees and operating the bar
- Ensuring responsible service of alcohol and food safety standards are maintained
- Assisting with stock control, replenishment, payments and end-of-day procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming workplace
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisor or senior food & beverage role
- Proven experience leading and supporting a team – Essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in café, restaurant or bar environments
- Barista experience highly regarded
- Current ACT RSA Certificate — Essential
- A customer-focused attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual and flexible with availability across a rotating roster
- Solid work ethic and a hands-on approach
- Availability during peak periods, including school holidays, Christmas and New Year
