IVE Integrated Logistics

Operating out of three purpose-built logistics facilities in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, we provide our clients with a highly scaled and specialised logistics operation. An integral part our broader solutions, our integrated logistics offering consists of two core offerings—inventory management and campaign management.

Our inventory management offering specialises in warehousing, pick and pack, and nationwide distribution. Our campaign management offering specialises in time-sensitive kitting and fulfilment for larger more complex campaigns.

To ensure ease and simplicity throughout both services, we provide our clients with access to our online inventory management platform. This platform enables clients to place orders, track activity, manage inventory and draw detailed reports when they need. We also support our clients with an onsite call centre that they can reach at any time.

The Role





The core responsibility of the Kitting Team Leader is to lead the Kitting shift at our Erskine Park facility, ensuring we deliver campaign jobs for our clients. The person will ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks and processes in the set-up and scheduling of campaign jobs, under the direction of the Kitting Ops Manager, including; raising sales order to draw down stock for campaigns, allocation of stock items to picking and staging areas, QA checking to ensure correct stock is allocated as per picking sheets, managing kitting assembly through picking teams as required, and all other tasks associated with the successful delivery of kitting campaigns.

This role is vital in delivering our clients requirements to achieve the highest of standards in productivity and quality, by ensuring jobs are produced in accordance with work instructions in a safe, efficient and timely manner.

Standard hours of work will be 6am – 2pm Monday to Friday, with some overtime hours as required.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Utilising solid administrative skills to support internal stakeholders on their Kitting campaigns
- Liaise with Ops leaders and other staff to ensure that kitting stock is available for picking and packing




- Liaise with Operations Leaders for scheduling purposes
- Manage and direct the Kitting pick pack staff to ensure effective completion of jobs.
- Support internal and external queries & complaints
- Perform packing duties as required to ensure the completion of client workload
- Work effectively as a member of a team, perform duties responsibly without close supervision, employ initiative to find solutions, and prioritise work as necessary
- Ensure a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace for all employees and contractors
- Report workplace hazards effectively, to help provide a safe and positive workplace for all staff

Key experience and skills required are:

- Strong numeracy skills
- Solid computer skills with a sound knowledge of MS Excel
- Are flexible and willing to undertake other duties
- Are a proactive, self-starter with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a team environment, with a sense of urgency and have a "can do" attitude.
- Ability to work effectively and problem solve.
- Have an eye for detail.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to address and resolve conflict constructively.
- A current forklift license is desirable but not essential.
