Led by award-winning agents Ivy Wu and Isaac Kim, Ivy Realty has built a strong presence within the Gold Coast luxury property market through a commitment to premium service, innovation and long-term client relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Management BDM who is passionate about growing a quality rent roll, building robust relationships with landlords and investors, and generating new property management business.

We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and highly organised, with strong knowledge of property management and a proven ability to generate, nurture and convert new management opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience as a Property Management Business Development Manager is essential

- Current QLD Registration Certificate

- Strong knowledge of property management and Queensland legislation

- Proven ability to generate and convert new property management business

- Experience conducting rental appraisals and presenting management proposals

- Strong prospecting, networking and relationship-building skills

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business development activities

- A professional, polished and client-focused approach

- Strong knowledge of the Gold Coast rental and property market

- Experience with PropertyMe, IRE, Realworks,



RP Data is preferred

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Generate and secure new property management business

- Grow and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective landlords and investors

- Conduct rental appraisals and new business presentations

- Follow up prospective landlords and convert enquiries into new managements

- Prospect for new property management opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners

- Identify networking, referral and business development opportunities within the local market

- Work closely with the sales team to maximise landlord and investor referral opportunities

- Coordinate the onboarding and handover of new managements to the Property Management team

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and new business activity

- Represent Ivy Realty professionally at appointments, networking events and within the local community

- Deliver exceptional service throughout the new client onboarding process

- Contribute to the continued growth of Ivy Realty's property management division

- Work towards and achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relating to new business growth, lead generation, appraisals and conversion rates.
