An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Parts Manager or a driven Senior Parts Interpreter ready to take the next step in their career.

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for leading the Parts Department, ensuring efficient inventory management, delivering exceptional customer service, maximising department profitability and supporting both internal and external customers.

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and is passionate about building solid customer relationships while developing a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Parts Department

- Maintain optimal stock levels and inventory control

- Drive parts sales growth and departmental profitability

- Develop and mentor Parts Interpreters and support staff

- Build strong relationships with workshop, wholesale and retail customers

- Monitor and improve parts processes, efficiency and performance

- Ensure accurate ordering, receipting and stock management

- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction

About You

You are an experienced Parts Manager or a high-performing Senior Parts Interpreter who is ready to take the next step in your career. You have a strong understanding of automotive parts operations, inventory management and dealership processes, and you take pride in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

You are a natural leader who enjoys developing people, building solid working relationships and creating a positive team culture.



With excellent communication and organisational skills, you can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Commercially minded and results-driven, you understand the importance of balancing customer satisfaction with profitability. You are confident identifying sales opportunities, improving department performance and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

Most importantly, you bring a proactive attitude, you lead by example and are committed to continuous improvement. Experience using dealership management systems will be highly regarded, along with a genuine passion for the automotive industry and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
