The Sunshine Coasts #1 Mobile Caterer is looking to hire an amazing Trailer Leader to run one of our Mobile Pizza Trailers.

You will be responsible for maintaining the “That Pizza Guy” brand, from our service, our dough and our standards.

Ideally, you will need to have experience as a pizza chef, along with the willingness to learn. You will tow a trailer (vehicle provided) from our base in Glenview to various locations, set up and cater for the event - be it a wedding, birthday, engagement, corporate function or a public cook up. We hand stretch pizzas, use fresh dough, premium products and cook in a wood fired oven. Working with 2-3 other staff, your job is to make sure our customer base is serviced in the best way we know how too!

We work a 4-5 day week, around 40hrs per week with rostered days from Tuesday to Saturday, with the occasional Sundays.



Most start times are around the 12pm mark with a finish around 8.30pm. We are very happy to train the right person; you will need to be confident in towing and reversing a large trailer (or be comfortable in being trained).
