You’ll play a key role in
As an Estimator in our Brisbane branch, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping winning project outcomes from the very start. Working closely with our Pre-Construction and delivery teams, you’ll help position SHAPE competitively in the market while identifying and securing the right project opportunities.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing accurate and competitive tender submissions and fee proposals
- Build strong relationships across our subcontractor and client networks
- Review project documentation, conduct take‑offs and develop detailed estimates
- Conduct site inspections and review project specifications and drawings for buildability
- Maintain accurate tender records, subcontractor databases and estimating documentation

What you’ll bring
You’re a detail‑focused construction professional who enjoys the analytical side of project delivery and thrives in a collaborative environment.

- Experience in estimating or quantity surveying,



ideally within fitout or refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of construction trades, services and measurement methodologies
- A strong grasp of MS Office Suite, PDF, and estimating software including; Cubit and/or CostX
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tender deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication
