At Flick Pest Control, we're looking for motivated and customer-focused sales professionals to join our Contact Centre team. This is a fast-paced role that combines inbound enquiries with outbound sales activity, helping customers find the right pest control solutions while driving business growth.

You'll work with a combination of new and existing customers, converting enquiries into bookings, following up quotes, identifying opportunities and building lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

- Handling inbound customer enquiries and converting them into bookings

- Following up quotes and leads to secure recent business

- Making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers

- Re-engaging previous customers and identifying new opportunities

- Recommending services tailored to customer needs

- Building rapport and trust through every interaction

- Managing customer records accurately within CRM systems

- Working towards KPIs relating to activity, conversions and sales results

- Contributing to a high-performing and supportive team environment

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who enjoy speaking with customers, are motivated by results and aren't afraid to ask for the sale.





You'll bring:

- Experience in sales, contact centres, customer service or similar customer-facing roles

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Confidence handling both inbound and outbound calls

- A proactive and resilient approach

- The ability to overcome objections and identify customer needs

- Strong computer and administrative skills

- A goal-oriented mindset and desire to earn commission

Experience in retail, hospitality, telecommunications, insurance, banking, collections or contact centres will be highly regarded.
