TR3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Deployment Manager for a full-time temporary contract of up to 12 months, commencing ASAP, based in Adelaide CBD. You will be an experienced and confident stakeholder manager, highly organised and comfortable coordinating complex deployments, managing competing priorities and driving delivery across multiple agencies. You’ll bring strong communication, problem-solving and risk management skills, with the ability to build relationships and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to join a major South Australian Government transformation program and play a key role in supporting the transition to a new financial management system across multiple agencies.

THE ROLE | As the Deployment Manager, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating the transition of multiple government agencies onto a new Oracle-based financial management system. Working closely with the broader Finance Reform Program team and Deployment Lead, you will ensure agencies are prepared for deployment and go-live, with a strong focus on planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, change management and delivery. You will:

- Lead and contribute to complex transformation and deployment projects.
- Manage stakeholders, resources, deliverables,



dependencies and schedules across agency groups.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate impacts as required.
- Coordinate reporting, governance updates and project documentation.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive accountability and delivery.
- Develop workshop and deployment materials to support implementation.
- Support change management and business readiness activities.

What we're looking for:

- Extensive project management and complex transformation experience.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, organisational design and project methodologies.
- Experience managing resources, schedules, risks and deliverables across complex programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Jira and ServiceNow and developing workshop/program materials.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and risk management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Understanding of SA Government legislation, policies, WHS and risk management requirements.

Desirable: 5+ years' project management experience across the full project lifecycle,



along with organisational change management and/or business readiness experience.
