- Set up the finance function for a brand-recent hotel – chart of accounts, USALI reporting, controls, systems and the team.
- Take ultimate responsibility for accurate records, statutory accounts and reporting; the hotel is self-accounting.
- Own Australian tax and statutory compliance – GST and BAS, FBT, payroll tax, STP, superannuation and the annual audit.
- Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting, and partner the GM on strategy, value opportunities and owner reporting.
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-quality finance team.
