Turner & Townsend are leaders in qualified services to the Data Centre sector globally. Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business area we are currently recruiting for experienced Technical Project Managers to join our Data Centre team across NSW.

Responsibilities:

- Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
- Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
- Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
- Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc
- Managing project safety and environmental requirements
- Managing project timelines,



risks and reporting
- Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
- Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
- Co-ordinating vendor scope with overall project delivery
- Contract Execution: Drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates. Working closely with project team/s to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents
- Bring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
