Located at the iconic Manly Wharf, Felons brings together excellent beer, food, live entertainment and vibrant hospitality. We’re looking for a commercially minded hospitality leader to take ownership of the overall leadership, operational and financial performance of both venues.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, knows how to build great teams and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and developing the venue leadership and wider team

- Building a positive, accountable and high-performing culture

- Owning venue P&L; performance, budgets, forecasting and commercial strategy

- Driving revenue across food, beverage, events and functions

- Ensuring exceptional standards across service, food, beverage and presentation

- Managing labour, COGS, stock control and operational costs

- Driving live entertainment, events, activations and guest engagement

- Working closely with the brewery, marketing, events, culinary and central support teams

- Ensuring compliance across licensing, RSA, WHS and food safety

- Building strong beer knowledge and bringing the Felons brand to life across both venues

You’ll ideally have:

- 6 to 8+ years’ senior hospitality management experience

- Experience leading a high-volume bar, brewery, restaurant, pub or entertainment venue

- Strong commercial and P&L; experience

- A proven track record leading and developing large teams

- Strong beverage knowledge and a genuine passion for beer and hospitality

- Experience managing events and functions

- Strong knowledge of NSW liquor licensing and RSA requirements

- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

- A hands-on, energetic and commercially focused approach

- Brewery or beer-led venue experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
