Leading one of our larger OSHC services in Banyo, you'll oversee programs for up to 195 children, champion quality outcomes and help drive the future direction of the service.

You'll lead a large and passionate team, supporting their growth and development while fostering a positive culture where educators feel valued, empowered and set up for success.

With dedicated OSHC facilities and the support of an experienced Regional Manager, plus a network of subject matter experts across operations, compliance, pedagogy, recruitment, leadership and more, you'll have the tools, guidance and autonomy to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional experiences for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment.
- Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.
- Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Children's Services (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations




- Experience in the education and care of children (OSHC).
- Child protection training is a requirement for this role
- Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
- Effective workplace communication
- Leadership skills and the ability to lead a large team
