West Coast Conveyor Services (WCCS) is part of the Reliable Conveyor Group. We're looking for a Perth-based Branch Coordinator to support our Pilbara sites, coordinating workshop and field crews, leading our Splice QA team and coaching your people to deliver safe, quality work for Tier 1 mining clients.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate workshop and field activities, making sure every job has the right people, tools and supervision
- Complete Splice QA activities and coordinate the Splice QA team to meet WCCS and client standards
- Scope, plan and resource jobs and shutdowns, including labour and equipment requests and Gantt charts for major tasks
- Run toolbox talks, job observations and process audits, and close out incidents and non-conformances
- Prepare JHAs, SOPs, risk assessments and draft quotes to WCCS and client standards
- Deliver weekly reports to clients and the Branch Manager on work commitments, improvements and shutdown status
- Lead, coach and mentor supervisors, belt splicers and tradespeople, and sort out issues before they escalate
- Keep plant, equipment and site vehicles maintained, tagged and fit for purpose
What We're Looking For
- Belt replacement and splicing experience is essential. You'll need a solid hands-on background in both
- Mechanical Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Polymer Processes
- Conveyor experience, ideally in mining or heavy industry
- Supervision experience leading field-based crews across concurrent jobs
- Robust communication skills, from the crew on the ground to client managers
- Good planning and organisation, with the ability to spot problems early and juggle competing deadlines
- Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
- Current driver's licence and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and functional assessment
Desirable
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management or similar leadership qualification
- Statutory Supervisor ticket
- Experience in splice QA or quality assurance on mine sites
- Experience working on Rio Tinto or other Tier 1 mine sites
