About the role
Working alongside our friendly pharmacy team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable service and assisting customers with general pharmacy enquiries
- Supporting the dispensary team with dispensing-related duties
- Helping create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the pharmacy
- Maintaining a professional, organised and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
About you
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, approachable and enjoys being part of a team. Ideally, you will have:
- A friendly, energetic and customer-focused attitude
- A genuine passion for community pharmacy and helping others
- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Pharmacy qualifications or certificates (highly regarded)
