Keysborough Golf Club is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Golf Shop Assistant to join our Golf Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about golf who enjoys working in a busy, member-focused environment. Weekend availability is essential as part of the full-time roster.
Key responsibilities
- Providing a high level of service to members and guests
- Selling golf equipment, apparel and related products
- Maintaining professional presentation of Golf Shop merchandise
- Liaising with suppliers and assisting with stock ordering
- Managing and maintaining stock levels
- Accurately managing golf bookings and tee sheets
- Assisting with the management of daily golf competitions
- Assisting with golf club fitting and product advice
- Maintaining and cleaning the Club's motorised cart fleet
- Assisting with driving range operations, including ball collection and presentation
About you
- PGA Membership is preferred, but not required
- Previous golf industry, retail, sales or customer service experience
- Strong passion for and knowledge of golf
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoys working with members
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well within a team while also being self-motivated
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Interest or experience in golf equipment, club fitting and retail
- Reliable transportation

Keysborough Golf Club is a private members' golf club located in Melbourne's renowned Sandbelt region. Our Golf Shop plays an important role in delivering a high level of service to members, guests and visitors while supporting the day-to-day golf operations of the Club.
